I wanted to share my story with you through this letter. I descend from a family in Kerala, the southernmost state in India. Our family used to grow home-made spices and other food products and apart from personal use, we used to share them with our neighbours too. After completing my engineering degree and working for over a year in the Middle East, I realized the fact that good and healthy food is worth our life. Your success or wealth doesn’t matter unless you have a healthy mind and body, and that can only be achieved with healthy food. That’s what drove me to the world of organic food.
