Greetings from Mathew, the founder of Bosorganics. Thank you for choosing Bosorganics to spice up your dishes. But before that, how about we get to know each other a little better? I wanted to share my story with you through this letter. I descend from a family in Kerala, the southernmost state in India. Our family used to grow home-made spices and other food products and apart from personal use, we used to share them with our neighbours too. After completing my engineering degree and working for over a year in the Middle East, I realized the fact that good and healthy food is worth our life. Your success or wealth doesn’t matter unless you have a healthy mind and body, and that can only be achieved with healthy food. That’s what drove me to the world of organic food.

After coming back to India with an ambitious goal, I spent over two years doing extensive studies on organic farming using the latest methods and finding the perfect fertile soils to grow each of them. I met a lot of veterans in the field while doing a course on organic farming to investigate new and improved ways to develop the finest organic food products. When I was confident that I’m ready, Bosorganics, named after India’s first recognized biophysicist, late Dr Jagadish Chandra Bose, was incorporated on June 2nd, 2017.
